How To Request a Return Or Cancellation



Cancellations:

To cancel an item, simply use the form above to email us. We should be able to identify your order by name, but please include both names if you are shipping to another person but used your information for billing. If you have your order number handy, it would help greatly. As long as your items have not shipped, you will be able to cancel with no hassle and get a full return.

Returns:

If you need to return an item, we'll be glad to help. Please note that delays and extra charges could occur if the directions are not followed.



In all cases, please make sure that your item or items are in the original plastic and box (if applicable), unused, and in the same condition as when it arrived to you.



Defective Items/Recieved the Wrong Item

If you recieved a defective item or the wrong item, more than likely you will not need to ship it back. Just email us the issue with your order number if you have it and your name. We will confirm with you that we got your request and send out a call tag or SASE for you to send the item back. The request must be made within 45 days of purchase.



Dont Like the Item/Don't Need The Item

If you are just unhappy with your item and want to return it, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Just email us using the form above and let us know the situation. Wait for email confirmation from us before moving forward. We will not give you a hassle about returning but there could be some situations where a return isn't possible such as too much time has elapsed or if the item was washed or used.



The responsibility to ship the item(s) back is yours. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs, but you will be credited the full purchase price minus original shipping. You will need to locate your PURE REST/ECOBABY order ID found on the top right hand corner of your packing slip. Then, include a short note in your return package noting your Ecobaby order ID, that you are a customer of The Dwelling Tree, and a short reason for return. You will ship to:

When they recieve the item, they will reimburse The Dwelling Tree for our portion of the order, and then we will reimburse you. This can take up to two weeks processing time.



Exchanging An Order

If you ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. You will be responible for the shipping costs to send it back. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs to return the new item and any difference in price from the original item. If you need to exchange an item, email us using the form above. Make sure you list the new item(s) that you want sent to you instead in the comments section. Then locate your Ecobaby ID in the top right hand corner of your packing slip. Include a short note in your package stating your Ecobaby order ID, that you are a customer of The Dwelling Tree and the item you'd like sent to you instead. Ship to:
