Warranty Terms For All 28 x 52" Crib Mattresses:
Your Ecobaby/Pure-Rest Organics Natural Mattress has been crafted expertly by hand with our exclusive high quality and totally pure fibers. Each part of your mattress and foundation is covered by a 10 year fixed warranty for your peace of mind. Our warranty covers all component parts of your mattress against defects in materials or workmanship. If you feel your mattress is defective please contact us so we can rapidly remedy the situation. We will repair or replace a defective part at our discretion. We do not ask the customer to pay shipping for our errors. So if it is our error we will pick up the shipping cost. This warranty is non-transferable. In addition, we have your name in our database so you do not need to fear losing your receipt.
Due to the nature of mattresses there are a few conditions where a warranty is voided.
Not Covered:
*Mold due to customer misuse or area climate
*Sagging due to improper foundation, wood slats must be no more than 2.5" apart. All innersprings must have proper support.
*Customer rips and tears
*Mattress has been folded or bent.
Protect your mattress with a puddle pad for very long mattress life. We went an extra step and put wool around the sides to protect your mattress from the devastation excess moisture can cause. Synthetic and other organic mattress manufacturers do not do this and therefore usually offer only a 5 year warranty.
